Founder Claudia Mack-Simon is a nurse and midwife and has worked in healthcare quality, risk management, compliance and process management.
She has a passion for patient first and has worked for years to implement processes geared towards patients and healthcare workers’ safety.
She believes healthcare should empower and guide patients and their caregivers with education and tools to help them live healthier lives.
She has over 20 years of nursing experience in hospital and ambulatory care settings
• Registered Nurse and Certified Midwife
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing at University of Dundee, Scotland U.K.
• In the final year of completing a Master degree in Health Law at Shepard Broad College of Law, Nova Southeastern University.
• Member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
• Member of the American Association of Legal Nurse consultants.
• Her education in Health Law brings a unique knowledge of the intertwine of State and Federal laws and their effects on healthcare.
